On Wednesday January 22nd, Eastview Wildcat Wes Binnie signed a letter of commitment to play OUA Football for the Guelph Gryphons this fall. The 6’5″, 285 pound offensive linemen plans to study Human Kinetics. Wes has also been a member of the Huronia Stallions and was a member of Team Ontario that played in the International Bowl at the home of the Dallas Cowboys, AT&T Stadium, in 2018. He was also selected to play in the Canada Cup Red vs Black Game featuring the top 90 secondary school football players in the province. Wes follows recent Eastview Wildcat Alumni Jake Piotrowski and Cam Thorn to Guelph to play for the Gryphons.
