The GBDSS Girls Hockey team defeated the SCI Trojans 3-2 on Tues. Feb 19th to capture the SCAA A/AA championship. ESS Wildcats Win SCAA Girls Jr & Sr AAA Volleyball Titles
The ESS Wildcats Jr AAA Volleyball Girls won the 2019 SCAA Championship by defeating the Bear Creek Kodiaks 3 sets to 2 on Thurs. Feb. 21st. GBSSA Nordic Skiing championship is scheduled for Feb. 13th at Highlands Nordic Centre in Duntroon. GBSSA Alpine Skiing championship is being held at Osler Bluff on Feb. 14th. The GBSSA Wrestling championship is scheduled for Feb. 14th at Patrick Fogarty Catholic High School.

The SCAA playoffs commence Feb. 8th with Preliminary Round action in Boys AAA Sr and Jr basketball. Quarter and or semi final playoff rounds will commence the week of Feb. 11 – 14 in most SCAA winter season sports.
